This class prepares you for the first few weeks after baby arrives home. Teaches you to recognize baby's needs, feeding techniques, cord care, basic baby care and know when to call your doctor. Taught by licensed pediatric and triage nurse, Jennifer Burgans.
This class is a must for 1st time moms and their partners! You will learn about what to expect during the Stages of Labor, Coping Techniques, and Strategies for Pain Management. The class will also cover Medication Options, Interventions, Cesarean Sections, and much more! Class is recommended to be taken between your 28th and 32nd week of your pregnancy. 
Learn the techniques and skills to successfully breast feed your new baby. This class will cover various topics including the Benefits and Advantages of breast feeding, the Signs of a Proper Latch, and Positioning. We will go over how frequently and how long you need to breast feed, and to how to know your baby is getting enough breast milk. Come learn everything you need to know to feel confident about your decision to breast feed your baby! These classes are recommended to take between your 35th and 38th week of your pregnancy. 
This group meets Thursdays, 10am – 12pm. Share your joy, exhaustion and questions in a comfortable, supportive environment. Bring your baby to our group discussion and meet other moms going through similar motherhood experiences.
